If you're creating an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Acceptable Use
ReMakeX is a supportive resource, not a replacement for professional care. You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to access other users' data.
4. Services and Content
What We Provide
ReMakeX provides educational content, self-assessment tools, and structured programs related to personal development and recovery. Our AI Guide offers information and reflection prompts based on your inputs.
What We Don't Provide
ReMakeX is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or addiction treatment. We do not provide diagnosis, therapy, or clinical care.
Content Accuracy
We work to ensure our content is accurate and helpful, but we make no guarantees about completeness, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. You use the information at your own discretion.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some ReMakeX programs and features require payment. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change with notice.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Billing
One-time program purchases are charged immediately. If we introduce subscription services in the future, you'll be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. We'll notify you before charging for subscription renewals.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on ReMakeX—including text, graphics, videos, programs, and software—is owned by ReMakeX
Your License
When you purchase a program, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use that content for your own personal development.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through ReMakeX (e.g., journal entries, responses to exercises). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide services to you. We will not share your personal content with third parties.
