Weeks 1 to 4
Group Transition Program
A structured 4-week process. Not coaching. Not a course.

Every week you work through structured individual assignments, with facilitator challenge, mapping your situation, your skills, and the directions worth pursuing.
Then you bring that work into a group session with 5 to 7 professionals going through the same transition, where it gets reviewed, challenged, and pressure-tested by people who will challenge you honestly, not just reassure you.
Each week also brings an external expert: someone who made a significant career or economic shift themselves and contributes the unfiltered perspective.

The core work of these four weeks is defining your economic value across three dimensions that most professionals have never mapped together:
- the intellectual layer (what you know and how you process complexity)
- the emotional layer (how you read situations, build trust and make people feel)
- the execution layer (what you can tangibly build, execute or deliver).
Most people, when stuck, describe only the first layer.
We help you think through all three layers.
By week four, you leave with three or four realistic directions of economic value, a set of internally pressure-tested hypotheses ready to meet the real world.
The most revealing moment is when someone else hears your pitch and says: "Did you realise you just described something completely different from what you thought you were relying on?"

Weeks 5 to 8
transition Lab
4 weeks. One or two primary directions. Real-world contact. Documented evidence.
You take one or two primary directions you developed in the Group Transition Program and test them with real people. Not reflection exercises. Not hypothetical planning. Actual outreach, actual conversations, documented responses from people who have no professional reason to be polite about your idea or direction.
Real validation is not your network telling you your plan sounds good. It is what happens when strangers (who have no reason to be polite) encounter your hypothesis. The goal is to find out whether your direction survives contact with reality before you commit time, money, or identity to it.
You leave with a Proof Page, structured evidence of what you tested, who responded, what they said, and what you now know that you did not know before the process began. It is market intelligence about your own economic value, produced by the market itself.
What you leave with after THE TRANSITION LAB
A Sprint Commitment Card: your hypothesis, target group, outreach plan, and named avoidance pattern
A Market Test Kit: your positioning, outreach message, and first external draft
Documented evidence from 20 or more real outreach attempts
A ReMake Proof Page: structured record of what you tested, who responded, and what changed
A Continue, Refine, or Stop decision backed by real data
A foundation for your first sellable offer: a positioning or proposition the market has already responded to
Participants leave the Lab in one of three states. Green: external pull, someone asked for a proposal, agreed to a pilot, agreed to consider your profile for a specific role, or said “I would pay if…” Yellow: interest but unclear value, refine the hypothesis and run a second test. Red: no external movement, return to direction-setting. Red is diagnostic output, not failure.
